Travvlr ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Travvlr mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, profile photo, and authentication credentials (via Apple Sign In, Google OAuth, Facebook Login, or email/password).
Profile Information: You may optionally provide a bio, traveler type, home city, and profile visibility preferences.
Travel Data: Places you save, trips you create, countries you've visited, itineraries, wishlists, likes, comments, and community tips you share.
Imported Data: If you use our booking import features, we process calendar events or forwarded booking confirmation emails to detect travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals). Email content is processed server-side and not stored beyond what is necessary to extract booking details.
Location Data: We use your device location only when you explicitly interact with map features. We do not track your location in the background.
Device Information: Push notification tokens, device type, and operating system version for delivering notifications.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with PostgreSQL, protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure you can only access your own data (and public data from other users when applicable). All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
The App integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies: Apple Sign In / Google OAuth / Facebook Login (authentication), Google Maps Platform (place data and maps), Supabase (backend infrastructure), Expo (push notifications), Mailgun (email processing for booking imports).
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Travvlr mobile application ("App") operated by Travvlr ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the App (places, reviews, tips, photos). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with operating and improving the App. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding (the travvlr name, balloon logo, and related marks), is owned by Travvlr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Apple, Facebook, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Travel information, weather data, and place recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travvlr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

At Travvlr, we respect your right to control your personal data. This policy explains how you can request deletion of your data and what happens when you do.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose all travel data, trips, and saved places. Your username will become available for others. Content you shared publicly will be removed. You cannot recover any deleted data.
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also initiate data deletion from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. We comply with Facebook's data deletion callback requirements and will process the request within the same timeline described above.
